Conferences
Each year ACPOHE holds an annual conference and a number of ACPOHE approved courses for our members. Conference is held in May each year at different venues around the country.
Courses
ACPOHE also regularly runs courses for physiotherapists. For the last few years there have been two courses; Occupational Health – an Introductory Course for Physiotherapists and Applied Ergonomics for Therapists. In early 2009, ACPOHE began submitting a full course program to the CSP for endorsement. This process is ongoing, with the CSP recently endorsing the Introduction to Occupational Health course.
The course program is being designed to cover an even wider array of topics and practical skills training for physiotherapists who work or wish to work in the fields of Occupational Health & Ergonomics.

physiotherapists the knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake high quality
complex assessments of individuals with additional needs, utilizing the current evidence
base. Current “ergonomic” office equipment and seating are reviewed in
depth to ensure delegates are confident and effective when recommending these.
